Die Deaktivierung der von Komponenten kann nur für Export Fahrzeuge, die für den Nicht EU Markt bestimmt sind durchgeführt werden und umfasst zum oben angeführten bzw. in unserer Datenbank ersichtlichen Preisen, keinerlei mechanische Arbeiten, sondern nur die Deaktivierung der softwarespezifischen Merkmale für die softwaretechnische Verwaltung der entsprechenden Komponenten. Darüber hinaus ist eine Deaktivierung von Fahrzeugkomponenten auch für Rennfahrzeuge möglich. Eine Entfernung bzw. Deaktivierung von Abgasnachbehandlungsaggregaten ist innerhalb der EU verboten! Sie verstoßen gegen österreichische und EU Umweltgesetze. Die VPT Vertriebs GmbH übernimmt dabei keinerlei Haftung gegenüber Dritten (Behörden, Fahrzeugkäufern…) hinsichtlich der Auswirkungen einer solchen Deaktivierung. Die Deaktivierung wird ausschließlich nur gegen Unterschrift und einer Haftungsverzichtserklärung durchgeführt.

Darüber hinaus möchten wir Sie auch darauf aufmerksam machen, dass sämtlich Veränderungen, die hinsichtlich des Motorsteuergerätes vorgenommen werden einem möglichen neuen Besitzer des Fahrzeuges vor dem Kauf mitzuteilen sind. Vernachlässigen Sie Ihre Hinweispflicht, machen Sie sich strafbar!
